Fault: fuel tank damage

Quick fix:When you find that the oil pipe leaks, you should stop driving immediately, turn off the engine, and check the leak point at the same time, then wipe the surface of the oil leak, then use soap or bubble gum to block the leak, and finally wrap it tightly with adhesive tape to make it to the nearest repair shop as soon as possible.
Fault: Various pipelines are broken
analyze:After long-term use, all kinds of pipelines are aging. If it is broken and continues to drive, it is very prone to dangerous situations.
Quick fix:If the pipeline is broken, you can use the inflatable leather tube on the car, take an appropriate length, insert the two ends into the broken leather tube respectively, and then tie it tightly with iron wire or tape to ensure no leakage. The tubing is most likely to break near the horn. If you encounter this situation, first remove the pipe, file or grind the broken end of the pipe with a file, use a cross screwdriver and a tapered punch, and gently pry around the mouth of the pipe to make a simple bell mouth. In this way, it is also air-tight and oil-tight when used.
Fault: Oil leakage from oil pipe joint
analyze:When using a motor vehicle, if the engine oil pipe joint leaks oil, it is mostly caused by the oil pipe bell mouth and the oil pipe nut not being sealed.
Quick fix:Cotton yarn can be used to wrap the lower edge of the horn, and then tighten the tubing nut and the tubing joint; you can also chew bubble gum or maltose into a paste, apply it to the socket of the tubing nut, and seal it after it dries.
Fault: The inlet and outlet hoses are broken
analyze:The hose will age and break easily after long-term use. If the hose breaks during driving when water enters the radiator, the high-temperature water splashed out will form a large group of water vapor and spray out from under the engine cover. When this phenomenon occurs, Choose a safe place to stop immediately, and then take emergency measures to solve it.
Quick fix:When the radiator enters the water, the joint of the hose is most likely to crack and leak. At this time, you can use scissors to cut off the damaged part, and then reinsert the hose into the radiator water inlet joint, and fasten it with a clip or wire.
If the crack is in the middle of the hose, you can wrap the leaking crack with adhesive tape. Wipe the hose clean before wrapping it up. After the leaking part is dry, wrap the adhesive tape around the leaking part of the hose. The pressure is high, so wrap the tape as tightly as possible. If you don't have tape on hand, you can also wrap plastic paper around the rip first, then cut old cloth into strips and wrap it around the hose. Sometimes the hose has a large gap, and water may still leak after being entangled. At this time, the water tank cover can be opened to reduce the pressure in the water channel and reduce leakage. After taking the above measures, the engine speed should not be too fast, try to drive at a high gear, and pay attention to the pointer position of the water temperature gauge during driving. If the water temperature is too high, stop the car to cool down or replenish cooling water. Of course, the most important thing is to replace the new water pipe as soon as possible.
Fault: Broken fan belt
analyze:Fan belts generally use A-type V-belts, because they are relatively thin rubber products, which are easy to wear and break. Therefore, the fan belt is a must-have spare for driving. But in fact, due to untimely replenishment or other reasons, not many people often keep spare fan belts in the car. Therefore, we can often see cars on the road that have broken down because the fan belt is broken and there is no spare, causing the engine to overheat and break down. Usually the fan belt does not break suddenly. In most cases, the rubber part is worn out first due to long-term adjustment and slack. The cracked belt causes the belt to detach from the belt pulley. Therefore, it is not difficult to find if it can be checked early. But many people tend to ignore the inspection at this time, thinking that the belt has accidentally fallen off during the rotation, and after installing it, they continue to move on. As a result, the cracks in the belt become deeper and deeper, and finally they are completely broken, making it impossible to move on.
Quick fix:If it is discovered late and the belt is broken during the journey, charging will be stopped immediately and the charging warning light will be on. At this time, you should stop immediately, otherwise the engine will overheat soon and you will still be unable to continue driving. The broken fan belt has the size printed on it. If you can't find a car repair shop nearby, you can take the original belt and go to the hardware store to buy it according to the size marked on it. If you can't buy it, you can also find a way to buy or borrow a pair of women's nylon stockings, scratch the three belt pulleys of the crankshaft, water pump, and generator, try to tighten them as much as possible, and cut off the remaining overgrown parts. Taking this method, as long as the driving speed is not very fast, you can guarantee that you will drive the car back safely. If you are not driving at night and you are not far from your destination, you only need to connect the crankshaft and the belt pulley of the water pump to reduce the load. At the same time, the two wheels are easier to tighten. Step on the accelerator while driving to be more relaxed. Otherwise, if you add too much oil, the nylon stockings will be slippery and cannot move the belt pulley.
