If there is a breakdown or breakdown during driving and there is no spare parts supply and urgent use, we have to take some emergency repair methods. 1. Fuel tank damage
When the motor vehicle is in use, if the fuel tank is found to be leaking, you can wipe the leaking area clean, apply soap or bubble gum to the oil leaking area, and temporarily block it; repair it with epoxy resin adhesive, the effect is better.
2. Oil pipe rupture
When the oil pipe ruptures, wipe the ruptured area clean, apply soap, wrap a cloth strip or adhesive tape around the ruptured oil pipe, tie it tightly with wire, and then apply a layer of soap.
3. The tubing is broken
When the oil pipe is broken, find a rubber or plastic pipe socket suitable for the diameter of the oil pipe. If the socket is not tight enough, both ends should be tied tightly with wire to prevent oil leakage.
4. There are sand holes in the cylinder head and oil leakage and water leakage
According to the size of the trachoma, choose the electrician's fuse of the corresponding specification, and gently smash it into the trachoma with a hand hammer, so as to eliminate oil leakage and water leakage.
5. The oil pipe joint leaks oil
When using a motor vehicle, if the engine oil pipe joint leaks oil, it is mostly caused by the oil pipe bell mouth and the oil pipe nut not being sealed. Cotton yarn can be wrapped around the lower edge of the horn, and then the oil pipe nut and the oil pipe joint can be tightened; bubble gum or maltose can also be chewed into a paste, which can be applied to the mouth of the oil pipe nut, and it will act as a seal after it dries.
6. The water inlet and outlet hoses are broken
When the rupture is small, you can use a cloth coated with a layer of soap to wrap up the leak; if the rupture is large, you can cut off the rupture of the hose, put a bamboo or iron pipe in the middle, and tie it tightly with iron wire.
7. The fan belt is broken
You can tie the broken belt with wire or drive the car away by starting and stopping.
8. Screw hole slider
A screw-hole slipper can cause oil to leak or the connecting rod to loosen, making it impossible to work. At this time, the original screw can be flattened with a hammer to make both sides expand and then tightened, but it cannot be disassembled many times, and it will be repaired in the next maintenance.
9. The diaphragm or fuel pump diaphragm is broken or broken
The oil pump can be disassembled to take out the diaphragm, and it can be sawed and filed according to the original shape and size with a bakelite board, electrical insulation bakelite or plastic cloth, and then polished and installed.
10. Broken valve spring
After the valve spring is broken, the broken spring can be removed, and the two broken sections can be installed in reverse, and then it can be used. You can also find a piece of iron sheet with a thickness of 1mm and cut it into a disc 1mm larger than the diameter of the spring. After finishing, fold every other piece to form a double-sided spring seat groove, and then put the spring into the iron groove to use.
