Dongfeng Motor's exports grew significantly

Recently, we learned from Dongfeng Motor that in the first half of this year, Dongfeng Motor Group exported a total of 50,711 cars, an increase of 75% over the same period last year. Especially in June, exports reached 13,460 vehicles, an increase of 109% year-on-year, and it seems that export momentum is very strong.

Dongfeng passenger car exports surge

From the perspective of segments, Dongfeng Passenger Vehicle performed particularly well in the first half of 2025, with a total export of 38,804 vehicles, an increase of 105% over the same period last year. Especially in June, exports reached 10,412 vehicles, an increase of 122% year-on-year, and the momentum was very strong. This achievement is not supported by one brand, but by the joint efforts of multiple brands, such as Lantu Automobile, Dongfeng Nano (such as Nano 06), and Dongfeng Mengshi (such as Mengshi 917), which have received a lot of attention and welcome in overseas markets.

Dongfeng Commercial Vehicles are not bad either. A total of 11,907 vehicles were exported in the first half of the year, an increase of 19% year-on-year. By June, the export volume was 3,048 vehicles, an increase of 77% year-on-year, which also made great contributions to the group's overall export growth.

In general, Dongfeng Motor Group's export data in the first half of 2025 was really good. Both the entire group and its passenger car and commercial vehicle sectors have achieved growth to varying degrees. Especially the passenger car sector, the growth rate is particularly large, especially the monthly growth in June was even more powerful, which shows that Dongfeng Motor is becoming more and more competitive in overseas markets.
