There is a difference between the front bar shapes of the plug-in hybrid version and the pure electric version. I personally prefer the pure electric version of the shape. The "fangs" on both sides of the front guard pole are sharper and more prominent. Not only is it more visually aggressive, but it is also more suitable for the outstanding hunting and loading car shape.

In addition, because two lidars are used and the positions are arranged on both sides of the front bar, the protrusion above the front windshield caused by the single radar scheme is also avoided, so that there will be no more "Gundam head". But in this way, while the cost increases, the repair costs for scratches also rise sharply.

However, after entering the cockpit, there is another scene. I can only say that now, Dizi has made the appearance clear, but the aesthetics of the interior seem to be still pondering. The lines of the center console are as oriented as you want. The straight lines in the upper part and the curves of the lower part and the steering wheel are in harmony. There are also many places in the details that "excessive force", such as strange-shaped barrier rods and mobile phone slots with "intensive phobia". In addition, the dark red and light yellow colors are bold.
This overly crafted interior style also brings some additional problems, such as the chrome-plated decorative cover of the Divare Audio above the center console, which is too large and has a relatively high position, causing it to be on the front windshield. The projection directly interferes with the vision ahead.

The layout of the instrument is much neat compared to the previous BYD models, and the layout effect is similar to that of the Great Wall series. Although it still looks a bit messy, at least the background has become cleaner and it will be easier to obtain core information. However, the steering wheel axis angle is still slightly tilted upward, making it difficult for the elbow to obtain support when driving, and it is also easy to cause information on the upper side of the steering wheel to block the instrument.


Electronic exterior rearview mirror is one of the highlights that many new cars have recently brought. At first glance, it seems that the pure optical rearview mirror is simply replaced with a camera + screen, but in fact there are still many new functions, especially in low light, rainy and foggy weather, and backlight environments, which can still bring The high-definition rear view and adjustable focal length and field of view range are much better than the traditional optical rearview mirror.
However, for the moment, it does not have enough integrated functions, so the benefits it brings to users are not large enough. On the one hand, this is due to the regulatory issues, the screen screen of the rearview mirror itself has restrictions on pattern occlusion; on the other hand, the strict requirements of the national standard will also increase the cost of the screen; in addition, it also has the interior design. Higher requirements were put forward. So what you can see now is that most models with electronic exterior mirrors either have a very complex center console design to accommodate the extra two screens, or just put the screen directly On the door panel, this also reduces the effect of reducing visual field transfer during driving.
The design of the front door panel of this Z9GT is completely different when it comes to the state of not having an electronic exterior mirror, which means that there is an additional cost. In terms of functions, it currently only has basic capabilities such as zooming/moveing the field of view, switching the picture, and resetting, and there is still a lot of room for exploration in terms of expansion and functional richness.


Although many luxury cars like to add all-electric doors at a price of more than 300,000 yuan, for me personally, electric doors are still not a very handy configuration.
Z9GT also has electric doors, but in order to minimize user complaints, Z9GT's electric doors have made many redundant designs: two electric switches are made alone, and the conventional switch on the armrest is a micro switch that can only release the door. You still have to push the door open by yourself; there is an independent switch on the ceiling close to the A-pillar, which can make the door open completely automatically; in addition, stepping on the brakes can also enable the driver to close the door, but you only need to step on it with other car manufacturers. It’s different at first. It has to be kept on stepping on it to complete the entire process of closing the door, which is most likely due to anti-pinching considerations. Luxury cars can really only be added, not subtracted?

The Z9GT also comes with a streaming inner rearview mirror, but to be honest, with its rear windshield area and wide view, this thing is not needed at all...



Although the steering wheel keys are a bit old-fashioned and the buttons are not big enough, they are definitely worthy of praise today. They are all physical keys that you don’t need to guess, learn, and understand how to use them at a glance! Not only does it have all kinds of messy reuses, but it is also a common layout style for BYD, which can be upgraded to users in seconds.
The only unique thing is that the way to open the smart car is the paddle behind the steering wheel. And after the Zhihua is turned on, the pick will have a blue backlight on as a prompt. It would be better if there are lights outside the car as a hint of smart driving status.


The Z9GT's dual cooling and cooling box is now well known to everyone. The first heating and cooling box directly occupies the original position of the handrail box and is reserved for front passengers. Therefore, the method of opening is borrowed from the NIO model's handrail box, which can be opened on both the main driver and the additional side. . The front seats don’t have to worry about the feel of leather, softness, and thick filling. The rear seat also has the problem of short seat cushions under the default state, but the adjustable dimension of the rear seat is also very high, and the seat adjustment control is on the side door panel, which can also be extended by adjusting the leg support. There is plenty of space under the seat, so the support of the thighs is not a problem. As long as you don’t sit in the middle, there is no problem with the comfort of the seats on both sides and there is plenty of room for the head.


The panel design behind the Console once again exposes Dizi's "carelessness". The most important function of the touch screen is air conditioning adjustment. With the rough "big black edges", the old-fashioned UI, and the chrome-plated air conditioning outlets, it can only be said that Dizi's interior designer is too bold. However, the rear row is at the back of the Console and on the B-pillar at the same time, which is a good review.

The Z9GT's sunroof is independent from the front and rear, each with electric sunshades, which leaves a wider beam in the center of the roof, making it a good place to install a rear makeup mirror. Strangely, this Z9GT retains many small functional components that have been cut off on the so-called "new force" model, but one thing is not left behind - the glasses box.

The second heating and cooling box, which has caused huge controversy, has now become an open option. Fortunately, it has little impact on the volume of the trunk. However, the trunk itself is not large, and the volume of 488L can only be considered a barely qualified level. On the one hand, the wheel arches on the side are very thick, and on the other hand, the floor is also relatively high, which affects the space of the suitcase.

At the hardware level, the Z9GT is undoubtedly very gorgeous. In terms of power, there is a three-motor system with "first one, back two", with a plug-in hybrid of 870 horsepower and a pure electric 966 horsepower. It does not have the obviously perceived delay of about half a second that is the BYD model at mainstream prices. Moreover, the abundant power and excellent NVH level make the engine almost impossible to feel in the car. However, the accelerator pedal is very tough, which gives the power output process a good feedback.

In terms of chassis, this is also the best high-end feeling among the "Di Series" I have touched, no doubt about it. Its feedback is not as direct as the Seal EV, but its smoothness and stability are first-class.
The steering feels heavier, and the backward damping after turning the steering wheel is slightly larger, so the backward speed is slightly slower, but the body follows very well, and the support and tightness are strong, unlike the air in the traditional impression. The suspension is born with a hull-like feeling. Especially when you take the S-line and turn around in some medium and low-speed corners, you can't feel that this is a big car with a length of nearly 5.2 meters. This is largely due to its rear wheel steering, making it more like a solid sports B-class car in some corners with tighter routing.

In the process of turning, the one with the strongest presence is this "slightly extravagant" follow-up seat. It is actually part of the "Cloud Chariot" system. Similar to the seat of the SU7, it can increase support by sensing lateral acceleration and inflating the wings of the seat. However, the inflation speed could not keep up with the cornering speed, and when adjusted to a stronger gear, it gave the side waist a bit too much pressure. Obviously, a simple luxury bucket chair would be more suitable for me.

In terms of smart driving, Z9GT's smart driving domain control is based on Nvidia Orin-X, and its computing power can reach 254TOPS. And thanks to the central electronic and electrical architecture, the Z9GT's smart driving domain and chassis domain are connected, and the coordinated control of the suspension and multi-motors can also be included in the control range.
This linkage makes the Z9GT show its uniqueness in its automatic parking function. In some side parking scenarios where the aisles are narrower, the Z9GT can use the characteristics of the rear axle dual motor to achieve a "semi-transverse" parking posture: the front of the car pierces into the front end of the parking space, and then lock the outer front wheels, and then The speed difference is generated through the two independent motors on the rear axle, allowing the remaining rear ends to "float" into the parking space. Its overall style is more stable. In a smooth urban area, it can complete continuous lane changes in two or three seconds. It also has a very stable body posture, and the deceleration process of traffic lights is relatively gentle, such as detours, such as detours. Pedestrians, sideways avoiding vehicles, up and down ramps and other functions can be completed smoothly. It's just that the interaction is not "volume", for example, the SR rendering of the instrument is not smooth enough, and there is almost no voice prompt during the entire process of smart driving operation. Of course, these can be gradually iterated.
