Volkswagen Golf GTI unveiled, plaid seats return, equipped with the latest 2.0TSI engine

The much-anticipated eighth-generation Golf GTI is officially unveiled. In the front part of the car, the LED light strip extending from the headlights is the iconic design of the GTI model; the bumper adopts a honeycomb design, and the LED light groups with light on both sides make the GTI look more recognizable and more distinctive. The design of the five-spoke wheels has also been significantly improved, while the red calipers are still present. The new LED taillights also seem to add a sense of style to it; the optimized spoiler also attracted our attention; there are also two exhaust settings on both sides; and the GTI logo has also been moved below the tail badge. Inside the car, the GTI adds just the right amount of red accents, and uses a 10.2-inch full LCD instrument panel and a 10-inch central entertainment screen. The interior ambient lighting is also available in 30 colors. In addition, the grid design of the seats returns again, and uses GTI’s unique red stitching and decoration. In the most important power part, GTI is equipped with the latest 2.0T engine, matched with 6MT or 7DSG gearbox. The maximum horsepower is 245 horsepower, 370 Nm, and is equipped with DCC adaptive suspension. Now we can look forward to its domestic production.
