However, for the sake of cleaning effect, you can also spend a little more effort to remove the throttle valve for cleaning.

Throttle valve cleaning method:

1. Open the engine compartment, connect the air filter on the throttle, and connect the engine block on the bottom. To clean the throttle, first remove the intake pipe.

2. The intake pipe is generally fastened with screws. After loosening the screws, pull it with both hands and move backwards to remove it. Be careful not to pull or pull hard, otherwise it will easily damage the hose. You can try to twist it left and right at the same time, and then push it back down after the whole is loose.

3. After removing the intake pipe, the throttle valve can be seen at this time. The outside of the throttle valve is generally not dirty, but the inside is really dirty. We need to power on the vehicle but not start the car. Another person steps on the accelerator pedal to open the throttle valve. At this time, the inside of the throttle valve can be seen.

4. Why is it not recommended to completely disassemble the throttle valve for cleaning? As you can see from the picture, there are other parts near the throttle valve. If you want to disassemble it, you may have to do it manually. Therefore, friends who do not have hands-on ability and tools, it is best to clean it directly.

5. Special throttle cleaner should be used for throttle cleaning. Install the nozzle pipe of the cleaning spray, aiming at the inside of the throttle valve to spray. After spraying in place, wipe with a cotton cloth.

6. If you insist on removing the throttle, use tools to loosen the screws around the throttle, and be careful not to drop the screws into the cabin.

7. After the screws are removed, the throttle valve can be removed. Then you can clean the inside and outside of the throttle valve. After cleaning, follow the disassembly steps and install it in reverse.
