What are oil filters and oil pans

The oil filter, also known as the oil grid, is a device on the car. It can not only remove the dust attached to the automobile engine oil or the deposited metal particles, carbon deposits, and soot particles, but also improve and maintain the cleanliness of the engine oil and reduce the resistance of circulation, thereby protecting the engine and preventing wear and tear. It can delay the service life of the engine to a certain extent.

Generally speaking, there are two types of oil tanks in automobiles, one is full-flow oil tank, and the other is split-flow oil tank. Among them, the full-flow oil grid is installed between the oil pump of the car and its main oil passage to play a key role in series, so as to filter the lubricating oil that passes through and enters the main oil passage of the car. The split-type oil grid is in parallel with the main oil passage of the car, and part of the lubricating oil can only be delivered through the oil grid oil pump of the car.
