Autopark is not turned on by default on Ford Focus models and needs to be manually activated by the driver. For example, when waiting at a traffic light or when a short stop is required, it can be initiated by pressing the automatic parking button on the car. At present, we do not need to step on the designated pedal or pull the handbrake, the system will automatically help us brake the car, and the system will automatically release when the pedal is pressed.
There are currently two types of electronic handbrake switches on the market. One is a common button type, press the first button to turn on the electronic handbrake, and then press it again to turn it off; the other is a toggle button, similar to a window regulator, the switch is flipped up to turn on the handbrake function, and pressed down to turn it off . Some models have a button labeled "AUTOHOLD" directly on it, while others have a pair of half circles with an "A" in between. Although the styles are different, the buttons perform the same function. The automatic parking function is as follows: 1. The parking lock does not need to pull the handbrake. At this time, the system will automatically brake the wheels, but only for certain models. 2. When a short stop is required (such as traffic lights), the system will automatically brake the wheels after the vehicle stops to prevent skidding; 3. When starting uphill, the system will automatically brake to prevent skidding. After starting, the system will automatically release the wheels and move straight forward;
