8. Screw hole slider
A screw-hole slipper can cause oil to leak or the connecting rod to loosen, making it impossible to work. At this time, the original screw can be flattened with a hammer to make both sides expand and then tightened, but it cannot be disassembled many times, and it will be repaired in the next maintenance.
9. The diaphragm or fuel pump diaphragm is broken or broken
The oil pump can be disassembled to take out the diaphragm, and it can be sawed and filed according to the original shape and size with a bakelite board, electrical insulation bakelite or plastic cloth, and then polished and installed.
10. Broken valve spring
After the valve spring is broken, the broken spring can be removed, and the two broken sections can be installed in reverse, and then it can be used. You can also find a piece of iron sheet with a thickness of 1mm and cut it into a disc 1mm larger than the diameter of the spring. After finishing, fold every other piece to form a double-sided spring seat groove, and then put the spring into the iron groove to use.
