The car battery will be used up once it is fully charged. Generally, it is due to the aging of the battery, resulting in serious vulcanization. In this case, it is not recommended to repair it. It is a better way to directly replace the new battery. If the vulcanization of the battery is serious, particles will form on the negative plate inside the battery. The particles are white and hard. After fully charged, the particles are still peeled off, which eventually makes the battery not durable, so it appears that it will be useless once it is fully charged.
If the vulcanization of the battery is relatively slight, the repair method is as follows:
1. It can be repaired with a repair instrument. First charge and discharge for about two days, so that the lead sulfate in the crystalline substance can be better removed, and the vulcanization degree of the battery can be reduced a lot. It can also be repaired by a particle generator. The generator needs to be connected in parallel to the battery;
2. Impulse repair method, instantaneous high voltage activates and repairs the battery, the higher the pulse voltage, the shorter the time it takes to repair the battery, but the pulse voltage is limited and cannot exceed 300V, otherwise it will damage the battery plate;
3. The method of replenishing water needs to prepare distilled water and a syringe first, pump the distilled water into the syringe, and then inject it into the single cell of the battery. After filling it, leave it for about ten minutes, so that the solubility of lead sulfate can be improved. So that the electrolysis can be carried out better, and then the battery can be charged;
4. Battery repair fluid. The battery repair fluid can restore the capacity of the battery well. It only needs 7 to 8 times of full charge and discharge, and the capacity of the battery can be restored to about 9 layers.
