First of all, the spark plug has oil stains. The most common reason is the aging of the valve cover gasket. This component seals the engine lubricating oil. When it ages, naturally there will be lubricating oil on the spark plug. However, if there is oiliness between the top of the spark plug and the electrode, it means that the cylinder is leaking oil, which has nothing to do with the spark plug.
