How to get the slippery wire of the aluminum oil pan
First of all, let's talk about the simpler method. You must know that the oil pan screw is slippery. The main reason is that you accidentally screwed the screw. At this time, we can put a layer of rubber block or double-sided tape on the screw of the sliding wire, which can increase the friction of the sliding wire position. Then use the corresponding screwdriver to unscrew the sliding screw. If conditions permit, an electric screwdriver is best. But it should be noted that the volume of the rubber block we pad should not be too large, otherwise it is likely to be twisted together.
Secondly, we can also use a small hacksaw to saw the oil pan screw into a straight line, or use a fruit knife to repeatedly engrave until a slotted screw is formed, and then use a slotted screwdriver to unscrew it.
Then if the above-mentioned method still does not work, we need to use the "broken screw extractor" tool (pictured above). First of all, in order not to damage the internal thread of the original threaded hole, an alloy drill bit smaller than the sliding screw screw should be selected, and then directly drill the sliding screw according to the instruction. At this time, there are still many remaining thin wall residues around. , Just remove it slowly. Of course, we can also use EDM to deal with it, but this method is relatively complicated, so if you are not very familiar with it, it is best not to use it.
