The role of the waste gas valve: to make the car exhaust gas recirculate into the cylinder for combustion, and this small part of the exhaust gas reduces the temperature of the cylinder during combustion. Because NOX is generated under high temperature and oxygen-rich conditions, the production of NOX is inhibited, thereby reducing The content of NOX in the exhaust gas. When the throttle reaches a certain degree of opening, the waste gas valve will be opened to connect the exhaust gas in the cylinder belly to the intake pipe, and then enter the cylinder to recirculate and burn, playing the role of completely burning the exhaust gas to purify the air.

The working principle of the waste gas valve: the high-pressure gas from the compressor, including gaseous working fluid and lubricating oil, enters the waste gas valve and enters the guide vane of the waste gas valve, and flows along the guide vane in a spiral shape. It is separated from the working fluid gas and left along the inner wall of the cylinder. The working fluid gas is led out of the waste gas valve from the central pipe through the multi-vacancy baffle. The separated lubricating oil is concentrated in the lower part of the oil separator and can be discharged regularly, or the float valve can be used to automatically return the lubricating oil to the crankcase of the compressor.
