Note that when close to the power line and microcomputer circuit wiring, the audio signal line must be more than 20cm away from them. If the audio signal line and the power line need to cross each other, we recommend that they should cross at 90°.
3. Wiring of the power cord
The current capacity value of the selected power cord should be equal to or greater than the value of the fuse connected to the power amplifier. If lower than standard wire is used as the power cord, AC noise will be generated and the sound quality will be seriously damaged. The power cord may heat up and burn.
When using a power cord to power multiple amplifiers, the length of the wiring from the separation point to each amplifier should be the same as possible. When the power line is bridged, there will be a potential difference between the power amplifiers. This potential difference will cause AC noise, which will seriously damage the sound quality. When the host is powered directly from the power source, it will reduce noise and improve sound quality.
Completely remove the dirt on the battery connector and tighten the connector. If the power connector is dirty or not tightened, the connector will have poor contact. The existence of blocking resistance will cause AC noise, which will seriously damage the sound quality. Use sandpaper and fine frustration to remove dirt from the joints, and apply butter at the same time.

4. Grounding method
Use fine sandpaper to remove the paint at the grounding point of the car body, and fix the grounding wire tightly. If the paint remains between the car body and the grounding terminal, contact resistance will be generated at the grounding point. Similar to the dirty battery connector mentioned above, contact resistance will cause AC noise, which will seriously damage the sound quality.
Concentrate the grounding of various audio equipment in the audio system at one point. If they are not grounded at one point, the potential difference between the components of the audio will cause noise.
Note: The host and power amplifier should be grounded separately. When the system consumes a lot of current, the ground terminal of the battery must be firm. The way to improve the grounding performance of the power supply is to use thick-diameter wires, such as stranded wires, between the power supply and the ground. Doing so can strengthen the connection, effectively suppress noise and improve sound quality. Do not approach the wiring of the trip computer. Please keep in mind that when the grounding point of the host computer is close to the grounding point or fixed point of the trip computer, the trip computer noise will be generated. The wires and audio cables laid in the car must be covered with a special car jacket.
