Fault judgment method

Analysis of the cause of the failure
The free stroke of the clutch pedal is too small or there is no stroke, and the release bearing is often pressed on the release lever, which reduces the pressing force on the pressure plate, and even makes the clutch in a semi-detached state.
The pressure plate compression spring is too soft or partially broken; the friction plate is worn and thinned, ablated, rivets are exposed, or the surface of the friction plate is stained with oil.Clutch coverThe bolts engaged with the flywheel are loose, the separation lever support is loose, and the inner end of the separation lever is improperly adjusted.
Fault inspection and troubleshooting inspection
Free travel of the clutch pedal. If there is no free travel, you can check the clearance between the release bearing and the end of the release lever from the bottom cover of the flywheel housing. If there is no gap, the release bearing will rotate when the engine is cranked, indicating that the clutch is slipping due to lack of freedom. Caused by the gap. The fault can be eliminated by adjusting the free gap.
If there is a free gap, check whether the separation lever support is loose. If it is loose, tighten it. At the same time, check whether the separation gap between the inner end face of each separation lever and the separation bearing is consistent or not, then adjust.
If the pedal free stroke is normal, remove the bottom cover of the flywheel housing (or clutch chamber) and check whether the connection between the clutch cover and the flywheel is firm. If the connecting screw is loose, tighten or replace the screw.
Observe the front and rear edges of the clutch driven plate to see if there is any oil leakage. Check whether the friction plate is severely worn. If the friction plate is too thin or the rivets are exposed, replace the friction plate.
Check the compression spring to see if it is broken or the elasticity is reduced. If the elasticity is slightly reduced, a gasket of appropriate thickness can be placed under the spring, otherwise it should be replaced.
