Prepare some corresponding tools, remove the rear cover bolt, take out the back cover, remove the two bolts of the throttle terminal, pull out the terminal a little, and erect it a little. Through careful observation, you will find a small hole next to the terminal. This hole is actually the positioning shaft hole for the transition gear shaft between the throttle idle motor and the throttle idle potentiometer. What we have to do now is to use this small hole to punch out the gear shaft to facilitate the removal of the gear. Find a screwdriver with a higher hardness, polish it to the appropriate size, and punch out the gear shaft so that the intermediate gear can be taken off. The next step is to take out the circuit board covering the motor, but half of it is blocked by the throttle idling potentiometer gear and cannot be taken out completely. It can only be cut off at the position shown in the figure, and then use a small screwdriver to gently pry up the circuit board along the edge of the idle motor. Take the circuit board open aside. Remove the screws of the positioning plate on the motor, take out the positioning plate, and the motor can be taken out. Do some cleaning, prepare a new motor, and install it in the reverse order of disassembly. At this point, our process is all over.
