How to disassemble the Honda Fengfan throttle valve, and how to clean the Fengfan throttle valve

HondaFeng FanThe throttle valve removal method is as follows.

1. Please see the pictures for the specific process, and remind everyone to operate the car cold. Remember to wear gloves to avoid injury.First use a 10cm socket to remove the fixing nut on the casing in the picture.

2. Remove the green wire harness clip in the picture. To disassemble the wire harness clip, pinch the barb on the back of the clip and you can easily remove it.

3. Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the snap ring screw on the throttle valve. Just use the clasp to move freely. Just remove the air filter assembly from the throttle body and pull it out. There is a metal crankcase air return pipe underneath that is inserted into the air filter box. Hold the clip of the rubber ring with one hand and pull it out with the other hand.

After seeing the throttle valve, use a special cleaning agent and towel to clean the black stains on the throttle valve and you are done.
