How to disassemble the Changan Yuexiang throttle valve, and how to clean the Yuexiang throttle valve

1. Before starting, you need to wait for the machine to cool down before starting the following steps. It is not that hot machines cannot be cleaned. The main thing is to protect your little hands from being burned.

2. Remove the car key, open the engine compartment cover, and support it well.

3. Remove the negative cable of the battery. It must be removed, otherwise it will be difficult to correct the car's motherboard after cleaning.

4. Remove the plastic engine cover

5. Use a screwdriver to loosen the clamp screw on the air intake pipe and pull out the air intake pipe.

6. Remove the three fixing screws of the throttle valve.

7. Unplug the cooling water pipe of the throttle valve and be careful not to drip cooling water into the intake manifold.

8. Loosen the throttle cable screw (throttle cable), remove the throttle cable, and unplug the throttle control cable and idle motor cable

9. You can clearly see that the front circle of the air intake adjustment plate is dark.

10. After cleaning is completed, install it in the reverse order of disassembly;

11. Check whether the installation of all components is complete. After completion, connect the negative wire of the battery;

12. Perform throttle calibration on the car's main board (very important). The calibration method is as follows: Before calibration, ensure that the gear is in neutral, the handbrake is applied, the clutch is depressed, and the brake is depressed;

1) Insert the key, turn it to the "on" position, and wait for 30 seconds;

2) Turn off the key and wait 30 seconds;

3) Repeat steps 1 and 2 above;

4) Start the car and idle for 3 minutes. Slowly accelerator to 3500 rpm, hold it steady for 10 seconds, release the accelerator and turn off the key.
