BenzE-class throttle cleaning method:

1. Prepare a screwdriver, screw socket, cleaning agent, towel, and gloves (because the cleaning agent is corrosive to a certain extent);

2. Remove the engine cover. Pull it vertically to remove the engine cover. Remember not to pull it diagonally;

3. Open the engine cover and the position of the throttle valve will be clearly visible. To remove the throttle, you must first remove the hose connecting the air filter to the throttle. The two ends of the hose are fixed with round iron hoops. There are screws on the iron hoops. Loosen the screws to remove the hose. After the screw is loosened, pull one end of the hose with both hands and push it back hard, and the hose will be removed;

4. The throttle valve can be seen after removing the hose. At this time, the periphery of the throttle valve is generally not dirty, but the inside is really dirty. To see what's going on inside, you need to unscrew the key door and power on the vehicle but don't start it. The throttle will open when another person steps on the accelerator pedal; there will be a plug next to the throttle, which needs to be pulled out before removing the throttle. Down. For vehicles that do not often remove the plug, the plug may be tight and difficult to remove. At this time, we can use a small screwdriver to pry around the plug. Once the whole plug is loose, it can be easily removed;

5. After removing the plug, the next step is to remove the throttle valve. The throttle is usually fixed with 4 screws. First remove the lower screws and then the two upper ones. After the screws are removed, the throttle can be disassembled;

6. Wear gloves, install the nozzle of the cleaning spray, and spray it at the inside of the throttle. After all the spray is in place, wipe it with cotton cloth;

7. Install according to the reverse order of disassembly. Put a towel underneath during installation and disassembly to prevent things from falling and the throttle door bumping. There are self-tapping bolts at the four corners. Tighten them diagonally. Plug in the two electrical plugs and install the tubes. Then connect the positive terminal of the battery (tighten it). Press on the plastic cover and air inlet plastic compartment. Cover the machine cover, enter the cab and insert the key, turn it to the 2nd gear, (do not start the car), stay for two minutes, the engine computer self-checks, and then repeat it twice. If there is no abnormality in the dashboard light, start the car.
