1. When the thinnest part of the friction layer of the brake pads wears to 2.5-3.0mm or an alarm model is issued, it is necessary to replace the new brake pads in time.
2. Before assembling the brake pads, first check the surface of the brake disc. If it is severely worn, repair it. If the amount of wear on the disc surface exceeds the specified value, replace the brake disc.
3. The brake pads on both sides of the same axle must be replaced at the same time, otherwise it will cause partial braking.
Disassembly, replacement, installation
1. After loosening the nuts on the front wheels slightly, raise the vehicle and use the jack to lift the vehicle support.
Note: Please confirm whether the hose and the cap are damaged or aging.
2. After loosening the caliper screw, lift the caliper up.
3. Remove the brake pads, springs, and brake pads.
4. After cleaning the calipers and removing dust, check whether there are grooves or cracks.
5. Check for cracks or damage on the brake disc.
6. Install the brake pad spring.
7. How to use the brake pad oil bag and precautions:
Apply grease to the areas where the two ends of the steel back of the brake pads match the brake caliper, and where the steel back contacts the brake caliper piston.
Never contaminate grease on the friction block.
8. Install the brake pads and shock absorbing pads correctly.
9. If you push in the direction of the piston, the caliper will be adjusted above the brake pads. After resetting the caliper, check that the piston cover is in place to prevent damage.
10. After resetting the caliper, install the screws and tighten.
11. Depress the brake pedal several times to check whether it is braking, then check on the road.
