HID xenon lamp performance description

The power consumption of HID is only 35W, its luminosity is 3 times that of halogen lamps, and its life span is 5 times that of halogen lamps.
The color and intensity of HID light is close to sunlight.
HID xenon headlight installation
1. Check whether the model of the car lights is consistent with the car.
2. Remove the original car lights;
3. Remove the wiring of the original circuit, and use a hole opener to open a hole with a diameter of 25 mm at an appropriate position for the introduction of the xenon lamp line;
4. Disassemble the safety tube of the xenon lamp;
5. Install the xenon bulb and fasten it tightly,High-voltage lineLead out from the opening, and then protect the opening with the waterproof rubber ring on the high-voltage line to prevent water and dust from entering the headlight.
6. PutStabilizerFixed in place;
7. Connect the bulb and ballast high-voltage line (plug butt);
8. Connect the 12V power line and control line (red is positive, black is negative);

When refitting HID xenon headlights based on halogen lamps, place the ballast in a relatively ventilated position to facilitate heat dissipation. It is forbidden to place the ballast in a place with high heat such as the engine. If the temperature reaches 105 degrees, it will automatically cut off the power.
Pay attention to the installation of the grounding wire during installation. If the grounding of the grounding wire is not good, the xenon lamp will appear dark and bright. If the battery is used for too long, the voltage will be unstable, and if it does not reach 10V, the ballast will automatically cut off the circuit, and the xenon lamp will go out. The unstable voltage will directly affect the use of the xenon lamp.
Please pay attention to the lights when changing to HIDfuse. If the two lamps share a fuse, the fuse must be 25A-30A. If the two lamps use fuse independently, 10A-15A must be used. Pay special attention to the positive and negative poles of the power supply and the grounding pole when installing. Such as special specifications of the car, positive grounding, etc.
Precautions
1. Be careful! High voltage danger! May cause electric shock injury!

Operation attention
1. For safe installation, please wait for the car and engine to cool down completely.
2. Before installation, please confirm that the gear is in neutral (or parking position).
3. Please make sure that the switch is closed during installation.
4. Be careful not to get burned, especially when turning on and off the lights.
5. Be careful not to hit or scratch the bulb, do not touch the bulb with your fingers, it will cause stains.

7. When adjusting the bulb, please do not let the end of the bulb touch the inner hood of the headlight assembly.
8. Please drill a 25mm hole in the resin or rubber back cover of the headlight.
9. When connecting the bulb and the high-voltage starter, do not connect the positive and negative poles.
10. When connecting the ballast to the power supply, do not connect the positive and negative poles reversely.
How to install the bulb and ballast
1. Please use double-sided tape to position the stabilizer and fix it firmly with screws. Make sure that both sides are secure.
2. Please connect the port of the original halogen bulb to the power port. (Red connect +, black connect -).
Check after installation
1. Confirm that the positive and negative poles are not reversed.
2. Make sure that the connecting wire is not too tight or too loose, and not squeezed
Recovery and operation
1. Make sure that the parts disassembled for installation are assembled back to the original position;
2. Please check whether the far and near lights are working normally;
