Those who scrap new energy passenger vehicles registered before December 31, 2019 and purchase new energy passenger vehicles included in the "Catalogue of New Energy Vehicle Models with Reduction and Exemption of Vehicle Purchase Tax" of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will be given a subsidy of 12% of the vehicle price. The maximum subsidy for new energy vehicles is 20,000 yuan, and the maximum subsidy for fuel vehicles is 15,000 yuan.
The scrapped vehicle in the applicant's name must be held before January 8, 2025, and the "Unified Motor Vehicle Sales Invoice" and "Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate" for new vehicles should be issued and processed in Guangdong Province.

Each consumer can only enjoy one car scrappage renewal subsidy or one car replacement renewal subsidy in 2026, and they cannot be enjoyed repeatedly.
Trade-in household appliances
Individual consumers who purchase products with Level 1 energy efficiency or water efficiency standards among six categories of home appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, air conditioners, computers, and water heaters, will be given a subsidy of 15% of the product sales price. Each consumer can be subsidized for one product of each type, and the subsidy for each product shall not exceed 1,500 yuan.
New purchase subsidies for digital and smart products
When individual consumers purchase four categories of products (single sales price does not exceed 6,000 yuan), including mobile phones, tablets, smart watches, and smart glasses, a subsidy of 15% of the product sales price will be provided. Each consumer can subsidize 1 product of each type, and the subsidy for each product shall not exceed 500 yuan.
It is reported that starting from January 1, 2026, eligible cars purchased in Shenzhen through scrapping or replacement can be given one-time subsidies in different grades. The application portal for car trade-in subsidy in 2026 will be opened in the near future.
Starting from the same day, users can receive subsidy qualifications through the "Cloud QuickPass" App and the WeChat "Shenzhen Home Appliance Subsidy" applet and participate in offline activities; users can enter the Shenzhen event area through e-commerce platforms such as JD.com, Taotian, Douyin, Pinduoduo, Kuaishou, Meituan, and WeChat Store to receive subsidy qualifications, participate in online activities, and enjoy "instant reduction" subsidies.
