Car trade-in subsidies

Car scrappage renewal subsidies are provided to individual consumers for scrapping gasoline passenger cars registered before June 30, 2013 (inclusive of the same day, the same below), diesel and other fuel passenger cars registered before June 30, 2015, or January 2019. New energy passenger cars registered before February 31st and those who purchase new energy passenger cars included in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "Catalogue of New Energy Vehicle Models Reduced or Exempted from Vehicle Purchase Tax" or fuel-fired passenger cars with a displacement of 2.0 liters and below will be given a one-time subsidy. Those who scrap a passenger car that meets the above conditions and purchase a new energy passenger car will be given a subsidy of 12% of the total price and tax of the new car, with a maximum subsidy amount of 20,000 yuan; those who scrap a fuel passenger car that meets the above conditions and purchase a fuel passenger car with a displacement of 2.0 liters or less will be given a subsidy of 10% of the new car's sales price, with a maximum subsidy amount of 15,000 yuan.
Car replacement and renewal subsidies provide a one-time subsidy to individual consumers who transfer a passenger car registered in their name through sale and purchase new energy passenger cars or fuel-fired passenger cars with a displacement of 2.0 liters and below that are included in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "Catalogue of New Energy Vehicle Models with Reduction and Exemption of Vehicle Purchase Tax". For those who trade in new energy passenger cars that meet the above conditions, a subsidy of 8% of the total price and tax of the new car will be provided, with a maximum subsidy amount of 15,000 yuan; for those who trade in a fuel passenger vehicle that meets the above conditions, a subsidy of 6% of the total new car price and tax will be provided, with a maximum subsidy amount of 13,000 yuan.
Individual consumers submit applications for scrappage and renewal subsidies through the National Automobile Circulation Information Management System website or the "Old Car Trade-in" applet; they submit applications for replacement and renewal subsidies through the "Sichuan Automobile Replacement and Renewal Service Platform" (not yet online, the specific launch time will be notified separately).
It should be noted that each individual consumer can only choose to enjoy one car scrappage renewal subsidy or one car replacement renewal subsidy. The total amount of subsidy funds is controlled and regulated through qualification certification and other methods.

New purchase subsidy policy
The policy start time is also January 1, 2026
Subsidy categories and standards include: refrigerators, washing machines, TVs, air conditioners, computers, and water heaters with level 1 energy efficiency or water efficiency standards. The subsidy standard is 15% of the product sales price. Each consumer can subsidize 1 product of each type, and the subsidy for each product does not exceed 1,500 yuan. The subsidy standard for mobile phones, tablets, smart watches, and smart glasses is 15% of the product sales price, and the sales price of a single item does not exceed 6,000 yuan. Each consumer can subsidize 1 piece of each type of product, and the subsidy for each item does not exceed 500 yuan.
Products participating in subsidies must have product barcodes and S/N codes. Home appliance subsidy standards refer to the product energy efficiency and water efficiency information released by the China Energy Efficiency Labeling Network and the China Water Efficiency Labeling Network. Participating merchants are based on the list of merchants pre-selected for home appliance trade-in and digital product purchase subsidies published by the official website of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce in 2026.
The objects participating in the subsidy are individual consumers, including foreigners and overseas Chinese residents from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan in Sichuan Province. The delivery address must be within Sichuan Province and may not be re-transported outside the province. Individual consumers who have already enjoyed subsidies for the above products in 2025 can continue to enjoy subsidies when purchasing similar products in 2026.
In terms of subsidy methods, the province uniformly adopts the "immediate subsidy reduction" model, and "Cloud QuickPass" is the coupon collection service platform. The collection time is from 9:00 to 23:00 every day. The qualification coupons are valid on the same day and are available while stocks last. If not used, you can collect it again the next day.
