Repair the end cap joint surface: If the end cap joint surface is uneven, clean the joint surface first to remove impurities such as oil stains, rust and other impurities. If the plane error of the bonding surface is small, it can be repaired by grinding; if the error is large, the bonding surface needs to be reprocessed to achieve the specified plane degree requirements. After repair, replace the new gasket and tighten the end cap bolts evenly.
Treat oil drain screw plug: Check whether the thread of the oil drain plug is damaged. If there is any damage, a new screw plug needs to be replaced. During installation, apply an appropriate amount of sealant to the threads of the screw plug, and then tighten the screw plug to ensure a good seal.
Repair oil marking holes: Replace the sealing gasket of the oil marking holes to ensure that the gasket is installed smoothly and without twisting or deformation. If the threads of the oil mark hole are damaged, repair or replacement is also required.
Repairing box cracks: For cracks on the box, welding can be used for repair. Before welding, clean the cracks first, and then select the appropriate welding rod and welding process according to the material of the box. After welding, the welding parts must be polished and trimmed to make the surface flat, and a leakage test should be carried out to ensure that there is no oil leakage in the cracks.
