The installation of engine piston rings requires the use of special fixtures. Pay attention to the installation sequence of piston rings during installation. Some engine piston rings use three rings, including two gas rings and one oil ring, while some use four rings, including three rings. Dao Qi ring and an oil ring. Generally, the side with letters or numbers is upward, and there is no specific direction regulation for those without marking. The oil ring has no distinction between the front and the back. The openings of the rings should be staggered at an angle of 120° to prevent the combustible mixture from leaking from the opening gap of the piston ring when the engine is started, which makes the engine difficult to start.
