Check transmission fluid regularly

The working temperature of ATF oil is generally around 120 degrees Celsius, so the quality of the oil is very high, and it must be kept clean.
Always check the automatic transmission fluid level for normal. The inspection method of automatic transmission oil is different from that of engine oil. The engine oil is checked in a cooling state, while the transmission oil needs to be preheated to about 50 ℃, and then the gear lever is left in each gear for 2 seconds. Put it in the parking gear. At this time, the normal oil level of the oil dipstick should be between the highest and lowest lines. If it is not enough, add oil of the same quality in time.
Generally, whether it is a manual transmission or an automatic transmission, it is recommended to replace the automatic transmission oil every 12 months or 20,000 kilometers at the longest. Correctly change the transmission oil
Generally, when replacing the automatic transmission oil, most of the screws on the oil bottom of the automatic transmission are removed to leak the old oil and then add new oil, but only about 30% of the new oil can be replaced, and 70% of the old oil is left. remains in the gearbox. If the oil is changed by removing the oil pan, the oil change rate of 70% can be achieved, which can actually ensure the health of the gearbox. However, the best oil change method at present is dynamic oil change, using special gearbox cleaning equipment. The friction coefficients of automatic transmissions of GM, Toyota, Ford and other brands are different, so the ATF oil is different and cannot be mixed.
