Parking sensorHow it works:
The main function of the reversing radar is to use the ultrasonic principle when reversing the vehicle.bumperThe upper probe sends ultrasonic waves to the obstacle and reflects the sound wave probe, thereby calculating the actual distance between the vehicle body and the obstacle, and then prompting the driver to make parking and reversing easier and safer.
The composition of the reversing radar system: 1. Host 2.monitor3.2~8 probes
The reversing radar product uses an integrated ultrasonic probe for transmitting and receiving, and a single-chip microcomputer to control the ultrasonic transmission. The transmitted ultrasonic wave is reflected by obstacles, and the reflected ultrasonic wave received by the probe is sent to the amplifying circuit for amplification, and the single-chip computer performs data processing, and then sends the display to display the obstacle Object distance and orientation.
Ultrasonic probes use piezoelectric ceramics as transducers to transmit and receive ultrasonic waves. A certain super audio frequency electrical signal is applied to the piezoelectric ceramic sheet of the probe, and the piezoelectric ceramic sheet converts electric energy into sound energy to send ultrasonic waves. Ultrasonic waves act on the piezoelectric ceramic sheet of the probe. The piezoelectric ceramic sheet converts sound energy into electrical signals. The weak electrical signals are amplified and sent to the circuit for processing.
The working principle of the PDC (Parking Distance Control) system is that radar detectors are usually installed on the rear bumper or front and rear bumpers of the car to detect obstacles in the front and rear and help the driver "see" the obstacles in the front and rear. This device not only facilitates parking, but also protects the body from scratches. PDC uses an ultrasonic sensor to detect the distance of the obstacle closest to the car and emit a siren to warn the driver. The control of the siren sound is usually divided into two stages. When the distance of the vehicle reaches a certain starting detection distance, the siren sound starts to sound with a certain high-frequency siren sound, and when the vehicle travels closer to a certain distance When the time, the siren sound is changed to a continuous siren sound to inform the driver. The advantage of PDC is that the driver can use hearing to obtain information about obstacles, or the distance of other cars. The PDC system mainly assists parking, so the system function will be turned off when a certain speed is reached or exceeded.
