1. First according toValveChoose the reamer and ream out the cone on the seat.
2. Use 45° (exhaust valve seat) and 55° (intake valve seat) reamers to correct the valve port to make the valve port transition smooth and reduce the intake resistance. Correct the width of the valve port seal band; the intake valve is about 1.52mm, and the exhaust valve is about 1.42mm.
3. Use the test method to check the contact condition and position of the sealing tape. Use the valve test (spread a little red oil on the valve cone surface), place it on the valve seat, press it tightly and turn it several times, take it out and observe that the valve cone surface should be in good contact with the valve seat sealing belt, and the position should be on the cone surface. The lower 1/3 to ensure sufficient rigidity of the valve head. The contact surface on the valve will automatically move up with the use of time.
4. Check the repair quality. The hinged valve seat is measured with a special measuring tool according to the technical requirements: if the concentricity of the seat mouth cone and the duct is greater than 0.03-0.05mm, it should be revised again until it meets the standard, which will not save trouble. Be careful when repairing.
