Rear axle oil plays a key role in gear transmission components such as steering systems, gearboxes and drives of trucks. Not only does it provide good lubrication, it also helps reduce temperatures and prevent rust and corrosion. In addition, rear axle oil can reduce impact and noise between gears, which is essential for smooth gear transmission.

If you neglect to regularly check and change the rear axle oil, it may cause the oil to deteriorate and fail to effectively protect the rear axle gears of your truck. This will accelerate gear wear and increase fuel consumption, thereby affecting the normal use of the truck.

Replacement cycle

To ensure the smooth operation of your truck, both the transmission oil and the rear axle oil need to be changed regularly. It is generally recommended to change the transmission oil every 50,000 to 60,000 kilometers to maintain its good performance. As for the rear axle oil, it is usually replaced every 20,000 to 30,000 kilometers.
